Shipping policy
All orders are made to order and we required approximately 7 days to complete the processing of any order.
Transit time is 3 to 5 business days depends on the geographical location of the shipment (PO Box’s, APO and FPO addresses require an additional 3-5 business days).
We ship to all over the world and Tracking information is emailed to you once the order is shipped out. We ship the products via our authorized courier partners UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, China Post or EMS (unless specified by customer & approved by us).
We may choose to ship the package in multiple shipments including different items or parts in different packages. In some cases we may offer refund to you for unfulfilled part of the order.
Some times due to situations beyond our control, shipping delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
LATE / MISSING DELIVERY
As all the dresses are designed specific to your ordered size, we may not cancel the order due to late delivery and refund will be not be done in such case.
Our most of the products are hand made and sometime we may required some more time to process and ship the item to you.
ADDITIONAL IMPORT CHARGES
Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International Customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
